General Terms and Conditions of Use

Free Vector Law Group PC,  together with its affiliate, Free Vector Consulting LLC (hereafter “Free Vector Advisors”, “our,” “we,” or “us”) have adopted certain rules and policies (“Rules and Policies”) that apply to the manufacture, distribution, sale and use of our products. We also have Rules and Policies that govern the access and use to our websites, mobile applications, social media sites, physical locations and premises (collectively, our “Platform”).

By utilizing our Platform and engaging our services, you consent to and agree to abide by all of our Rules and Policies, which include but are not limited to the following documents, which are incorporated by reference herein for all purposes:

Compliance with other Rules and Policies. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our other Rules and Policies. We may change any of our Rules and Policies at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you either by posting the changed rules and policies on the Platform or by sending an email to you. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of the affected Rules and Policies. If we let you know of changes through an email communication, then the date on which the email is sent shall be the deemed to be the date of your receipt of that email.

It’s important that you review all changes to any Rules and Policies. If you do not wish to agree to any changes to the Rules and Policies, then we will not be able to continue providing the Platform to you, and your only option will be to stop accessing the Platform and deactivate any Free Vector Advisors account(s) you may have by providing us with your notice of termination (see Contact Us). Your continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to such amended Rules and Policies.

Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. Our Platform is provided for informational purposes only. The information contained herein is not intended as legal advice and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of Free Vector Advisors or any of its attorneys, employees or clients. No guarantee is given that the information provided is correct, complete, or up-to-date. The Platform and any information contained thereon should not use used as a substitute for competent legal advice from a licensed attorney in your state. Seek the advice of an attorney before relying upon any information contained on this Platform.
  2. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. Unsolicited information sent to us by individuals who are not existing clients of the firm is not subject to any duty of confidentiality. Please do not send information via this Platform that is confidential or private. No attorney-client relationship exists absent the existence of an agreement by us to represent you based on the terms of our standard engagement agreement. Until such a relationship exists, we will assume that any information you send us is not confidential and cannot be held accountable for the security and privacy of such information.
  3. Our Platform may contain links to other resources on the Internet. Those links are provided to help you locate other Internet resources that may be of interest and are not intended to state or imply that we are affiliated or associated with, or that we are legally authorized to use any trade name, registered trademark, logo, legal or official seal, or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in such links. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or efficacy of any statements, representations, product or services provided by these linked resources. Please use them at your own risk.
  4. The information and materials on our Platform may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights in these materials and information.
  5. Free Vector Consulting LLC (“FVC”) an affiliate of Free Vector Law Group P.C., provides business strategy and consulting services also under the tradename “Free Vector Advisors” and, to the extent such services may be provided to you, they will be subject to a separate engagement letter with FVC and may require a discussion of, and a written waiver from, real or perceived conflicts of interest which may arise.
  6. These Terms and Conditions of Use shall not be modified or amended, except in writing and signed by Buyer and an authorized Free Vector Advisors representative. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Rules and Policies may be amended by Free Vector Advisors at any time in the manner set forth in the applicable rule or policy.
  7. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be held void, voidable, invalid or inoperative, no other provision hereof shall be affected as a result, and accordingly, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as though such void, voidable, invalid or inoperative provision had not been contained herein, provided, however, that if such void, voidable, invalid or inoperative provision is a material term or condition, the parties shall be compelled to supply a substitute provision, negotiated in good faith, which comes closest to their original intention.
  8. No provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed to have been waived by any act or acquiescence on the part of either party, it being understood that waiver may only occur by an instrument in writing signed by an authorized officer of the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced. In the event of a waiver, whether in writing or by operation of law, such waiver shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or the same provision on another occasion.
